The studio is based at Cabarita Beach, and the regions below are simply the ones closest to it. They are not a limit. E-Design reaches anywhere in Australia, and full design further afield is case-by-case, with travel built into the proposal.

Tweed Coast
The Tweed Coast is the strip of Northern New South Wales from Tweed Heads in the north to Pottsville in the south, including Cabarita Beach, Kingscliff, Casuarina, and Hastings Point. It's the home base for Studio LaLa, Ally Giovine's residential interior design studio, working across the Northern Rivers and South East Queensland from Cabarita Beach. Bold-colour residential homes. Byron Shire
Byron Shire is the Northern Rivers council taking in Byron Bay, Suffolk Park, Bangalow, Mullumbimby, and the hinterland. Studio LaLa works across the shire from a Cabarita Beach studio (about 35 minutes south). Bold-colour residential interior design in coastal and treechange contexts. Gold Coast
The Gold Coast stretches from Coolangatta in the south to Southport in the north, with the design-density hot spots at Burleigh Heads, Palm Beach, Mermaid Beach, and Currumbin. Studio LaLa works across the Gold Coast from a Cabarita Beach studio (about 50 minutes north). Bold residential interior design for coastal, canal, and resort-precinct homes. Brisbane
Brisbane is where Studio LaLa was founded and where I spent three years as senior at Jardan Brisbane before launching the studio in 2018. Both currently published case studies are Brisbane homes: Havana House in Ashgrove (featured three times in The Design Files), and the Private Residence in New Farm (a styling project for an architect-designed home by Myers Ellyett). I continue to take Brisbane projects from a Tweed Coast base.

Studio LaLa's E-Design service is delivered remotely to anywhere in Australia. From a Cabarita Beach studio, I've sent designs to Sydney, Melbourne, regional New South Wales, and beyond, with full mood direction, layout, and a curated shopping list, all without an on-site visit. From $1,800 per room. Colour consultations run online too, from $850.
